ACTION’s natural frequency vibratory conveyors are made to order for the efficient transport of bulk materials in a wide range of widths and lengths to suit the application. The innovative long stroke TAPER-SLOT® Vibratory Screen is designed to excel in challenging applications that conventional screens cannot handle. It is ideally suited for non-uniform and difficult to screen bulk materials.

The VIBRA-SNAP® Flip-Flow Screen is an effective alternative to conventional rigid deck screeners for the efficient processing of difficult materials. It is ideally suited for screening of moist, sticky, fibrous, wet, bulk materials with a high percentage of fines or near size particles.

The DENSE-OUT® is a dry classification tool that uses vibration to stratify and air to separate bulk materials based primarily on differences in density. The DENSE-OUT® helps produce cleaner and more valuable products.

The SUB-PAN FREE® TAPER-SLOT® Vibratory Screen is the right choice for sticky applications, eliminating material build-up, wear, and sub-pan maintenance. Without a sub-pan the screened fractions discharge directly into a bunker or onto a take-away belt below.

ACTION offers a wide range of performance-proven vibratory feeders. Like all ACTION vibratory equipment, each feeder is engineered with appropriate stroke, R.P.M., and declination for efficient conveying and metering of bulk materials. Mating hoppers, gates, screen sections, distribution domes, and other features can be integrated.

The VIBRA-DISCHARGER® is a high-capacity vibratory feeder for the activating, metering, and feeding of granular bulk materials from hoppers, bins, and silos. Materials discharge vertically to a take-away conveyor below with symmetrical product distribution.

The patented MAG-SORT® reclaims valuable ferrous materials via the use of suspended in-line magnetic separators in conjunction with an underlying multi-deck vibrating conveyor. Single, double, and triple magnet designs are available with product discharges to suit.

ACTION’s Magnetic Separator generates a constant force and performs “work” on ferrous objects below. Ferrous materials are lifted from the lower product stream by a strong, deep reach overhead magnet with material being captured on a cleated overhead belt prior to discharge beyond the head pulley.
