Product Testing

Process Solutions Often Start With Testing

ACTION has conducted hundreds of bulk material tests over the years and subscribes to the theory that it’s what you learn after you know it all that matters. Systematic material testing is key to acquiring process know-how and is ultimately necessary for proper equipment selection for many applications.

ACTION’s test area is equipped with a variety of process units such as a TAPER-SLOT® Screen, DENSE-OUT®, VIBRA-SNAP® Screen, magnetic separator, etc. We invite you to visit with us during the test, or we can collect, analyze, and video on your behalf if you are unable to attend. Field rental units are also available.

Material testing is often completed at no charge, but in some cases, test fees are applicable. These can be credited against an equipment purchase.

A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should accompany the shipping container. ACTION can’t test or open materials that don’t have a MSDS sheet. If you don’t have a MSDS sheet, ACTION will be pleased to provide you with one.
