SUB-PAN FREE®TAPER-SLOT® SCREEN
To shake things up a bit, we have taken our classic long stroke TAPER-SLOT®Screen and turned it on its head. By putting the balancer on top and the screen mass below it frees us up to remove the bottom surface of the traditional conveyor pan. When processing wet and sticky materials this flat pan surface can be a place for material build-up that may cause issues with the screener’s performance. By removing the sub-pan surface, we have eliminated that issue.
